Bootcamp, FIT MUMS, HIIT IT, Super Saturday & Boxing exercise classes
Classes take place at College Park in Nedlands and Rosalie Park in Shenton Park. Each park is within close proximity to Claremont, Dalkeith, Cottesloe, Subiaco & Daglish.
Bootcamp: This 45-minute workout will improve your overall cardiovascular fitness, build upper and lower body strength and give you a killer core.
Boxing: You will be put through boxing drills to improve your overall fitness and stamina using a combination of punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
HIIT IT: HIIT IT for 30 minutes of high-intensity training. Put your conditioning to the test with this full body workout specifically designed to get your heart racing and your fat burning.
FIT MUMS: FIT MUMS is developed by mums for mums. Includes circuits, boxing and interval training to burn fat and lose weight.
Super Saturday: A combination of interval & circuit training, weight training and boxing, this 45-minute Super Saturday session, pumps you up for the weekend ahead.
