Healthy Chocolate Bliss balls

Need a little something to curb your sugar craving?

These chocolate bliss balls make a great treat for both yourself and the kids. Filled with protein, good fats and energy, these balls of goodness are so easy to make and are truly irresistible.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Serving: 15 - 20

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sultanas

  • 1/2 cup Almonds

  • 2 tablespoons raw coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (optional)

Method:

  • Use a Thermomix or blender to combine all of the ingredients except for the coconut

  • Form into balls and roll in the coconut to coat

  • Keep fresh in the fridge or even better put in the freezer and eat cold
