FIT MUMS is developed by mums for mums and our exercise classes are designed with that in mind.
Run by qualified Pre & Post Natal Exercise Instructors, each 45-minute session incorporates exercises to aid in weight loss, toning, building muscle and improving overall fitness.
FIT MUMS include on-hand child supervision where you work out. Like a crèche, our child carers are on hand so you can relax and enjoy your session with limited interruptions.
We run FIT MUMS classes at College Park in Nedlands and Rosalie Park in Shenton Park.
