What can I expect from my Group Training class?
There is no ‘typical’ class as each session is individually designed and intentionally varied. Classes are created to give your whole body a workout improving on strength, stamina, speed and agility whilst ensuring you’re having lots of fun along the way.
Am I fit enough to attend the Group Training sessions?
Yes, we cater for males and females of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels within our Boot camp & FIT MUMS exercise classes. Anyone can join our sessions, we will provide suitable variations on the exercises given to account for differing levels of fitness.
Are the group training session’s boot camps?
We hold 5 types of classes, Boot camp, FIT MUMS, Boxing, HIIT IT & Super Saturday. Bootcamps are known for being an intense training program run by instructors in a militant style using shouting as motivational techniques to push people through the class. Our sessions are similar in regards to the exercise format and structure, however we use less shouting and more laughter, banter and motivation to get you through.
How long is each Group Training session?
Each class runs for 45 minutes aside from HIIT IT which is 30 mintes. This includes a warm up of 5 to 10 minutes, exercise for 30 to 35 minutes and a 5 minute cool down with stretches. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in.
Can I bring my children?
Our FIT MUMS exercise class is specifically designed for mums. We have a dedicated childminder / creche on hand to oversee you children so you can work out and concentrate on your exercise class. In addition, Body Rockers have teamed up with Playgroup WA so in the event of extreme weather, the children are able to play indoors.

Do I need to register to attend a class for the first time?
Yes, please register by completing the contact us form, you will then receive an email with further instructions.
What if I have an injury?
Before you attend your first exercise class we ask that you complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) which highlights any sickness or injures we need to be aware of. Once you have completed the PAR-Q and are cleared to exercise you’re able to take part in the session. We ask that you inform your trainer of any injuries before the start of the session as for the majority of injuries we can modify or change the exercise to accommodate for you.

What about the weather?
Body Rockers train in all weather conditions as long as it is deemed safe to do so. We adapt our training to suit the elements meaning, if it’s raining we find shelter and if it’s hot we find shade. Should it be necessary to cancel a session which we will very rarely do, we inform our members via text or email at the earliest opportunity. Please note classes are cancelled if there is thunder and lightening due to safety reasons.
For our FIT MUMS, we offer a great solution for those extra hot or rainy days. Body Rockers have teamed up with Nedlands PLAYGROUP at College Park, so if it rains the children can play indoors with our dedicated childminder.

How many classes can I attend each week?
Unlimited monthly membership allows you to to participate in all sessions including Boot camp, FIT MUMS, Boxing, HIIT IT & Super Saturday without needing to book in or specify which session you will attend. We also offer a 1 per week or 2 per week membership option for our FIT MUMS exercise classes.
Can I bring a friend to the Group Training session?
Yes, we encourage you to bring your friends, the more the merrier! Please ask that your friend contacts us beforehand by visiting our website and requesting a Free Trial.
I'm pregnant, can I continue training with Body Rockers?
We do not recommend you train after your first trimester. We will however, at your request, put your membership on hold for a period of twelve (12) months, so you can recommence training after the baby is born.
I’m going on holiday, can I put my membership on hold?
No need, we have you covered. Although you’re paying a weekly membership fee, we will only charge you for 4 weeks a month. So for every 3 months you stay with us you get an extra week for free, that’s 4 weeks free per year. This covers you for rest days and holidays.
Will you increase my membership?
Absolutely not! We like to reward our loyal members with a lifetime membership. There will be price rises however, once you’re a member you have secured that rate meaning your membership price will never increase.
How to cancel your membership
Should you wish to cancel your membership you must give at least seven (7) days written notice before your next Direct Debit payment is due. Your membership will end on the last day of that monthly payment period. For notices received less than seven (7) days before the end of the monthly payment period, membership will end on the last day of the following monthly payment period.
All notices received after 19:00 will be deemed to have been received on the next working day. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Suspending your membership
To account for holidays and sickness we include 4 weeks free membership in your subscription every year. Due to this, you can only suspend your membership for full monthly payment periods up to a maximum of two (2) months (2 payment cycles). Multiple suspension periods cannot be taken consecutively; there must be a minimum of one (1) month active membership between suspension periods.
