My name is Gill and I have been a Personal Trainer for 8 years . Strength , Cardio and Flexibility are the 3 areas I focus on in my sessions . I am also passionate and believe nutrition plays an important role in our overall well-being.
My biggest fitness challenge and goal I have achieved was participating in the 777 marathon in 2016 and 2017 for the charity Brave-hearts, this charity helps to protect children from sexual assault. This challenge was an awesome event where I ran 7 marathons in 7 days in 7 states of Australia . My average time for the marathons was just under 4 hours .
I have worked with all ages and both females and males and Pre and Post Natal mums are of great interest to me.
