A full body cardio workout. You will be put you through boxing drills to improve your overall fitness and stamina using a combination of punches, kicks, knees and elbows.
Our Boxing classes focus on cardiovascular fitness muscular strength and core power.
Targeting all of the main muscle groups, we incorporate circuit and interval training into a 45-minute session.
