BOOTCAMP

Our 45-minute Bootcamp will improve your overall cardiovascular fitness, build upper and lower body strength and give you a killer core.

Each Bootcamp is HIGH ENERGY, interactive and fun.

 

We include the use of different equipment including weights, tyres, bands and ropes to keep the body guessing and the mind engaged.

 

We get straight to it with no hanging around. Each session is 45 minutes including a warm-up, 30 to 35 minutes of cardiovascular and strength training, and a 5 minute cool down with stretches.
